I'm not sure if I'm posting this question in the proper section here on the forums, but the company I work for is looking for a recommendation on some PoE Speakers that could be easily integrated into an on-prem 3CX Phone System to use for paging. Basically, we want our receptionist to be able to pickup the phone, and make an announcement that can easily be heard around the office. I am aware that this can be done with ring groups in the 3CX dashboard, but this method is not ideal for us becuase of the low volume level of individual phones. I'm not sure what all details you would need from me to help with recommending something, but I can try and answer any questions you may have that would help. Please and thank you.

You buy a bunch of these and put them where they need to go. Super reliable, super easy, super expensive.

Less expensive but unsupported
Same thing, but with Algo devices instead.

Even less expensive? You get some 70v speakers and use a SNOM PA1/2 as an amp and IP device. Sorta supported.

As cheap as possible? You get some 70v speakers and and amp, connect it to a Bogen unit, and use an ATA to call in. Mostly unsupported.

All about cost and ease of use + support.

Grandstream GSC3505 is also a great speaker and is supported by 3CX.
