Polycom 450 Ringtone

Good day,

Wondering if anyone has come across adjusting the ringtone on these devices. I've tried re provisioning a few times with template changes, didnt work, different phones and through its Web UI and the 3CX PBX (self hosted debian). Not sure what else to do because on the Web UI and PBX all show Low Trill Precedence but physically with the phone it wont demonstrate that ring nor does it update even if you physically change it.

Just as an update I am attempting to get around the external ringtone by having it reach an IVR then connecting straight to an extension to see if it treats it as an internal call. Will post an update if it works.

Nothing. The above didnt make a change to the ringtone involved. Not sure if this is just a phone template issue altogether but kind of inconvenient to have an option that isnt adjustable and when even manually trying to adjust the phone it wont reflect the change either. Going to use a custom audio file to see if we can change the ring tone.
