Polycom 501 Soundpoint

I am very new to 3CX system . I have been using Fonality system for long time and looking for a change and downloaded trial version of 3cx system. I have tested with softphones succesfully now trying to set up hardphones .I have Polycom Soundpoint 501 . Iam having hard time provisioning this phone with 3cx system. I downloaded the trial vesion of 3cx (version 11 ) , I dont have any DHCP server . My router assigns the IP addresses (DHCP=Roter). I Can not find the right firmware to download either. Could anybody help me provisioning my Polycom soundpoint 501? I was trying this but it can not contact boot server.

I take a look at your link, port 5481 was used before, now port 5000 is in use, so if you are using abyss web server this is first thing you need to change (you can put the provisioning url manually through web interface or phone interface if your dhcp sever/ router doesn`t support option 66 -> For Aastra, Grandstream, Polycom and Yealink Phones Option 66 string value should look like this
http://10.172.0.2:5000/provisioning/

Also you must "prepare" the extension for that phone in 3cx: http://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/polycom-provisioning.html
