At one point I had my Polycom 501 registered, but no codec listed in the Provisioning Tab. Some one suggested I reset the phone, which I did but now it is not registering. I'm getting "Credentials don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings". I have reset them twice with no results.
Does anyone have a working configuration file for the Polycom 501 SIP?
The display is reading the 3.1.8 firmware.
Any suggestions?
Also can someone give me an example of an outbound rule: my trunk uses E. 164 format: (country code)(phone number)?
