The above dial plan works except when I try to dial a long distance number without the 1. just 444 444 4444 cuts off and starts dialing at the 7 digits. Which makes sense, my question is, is there a way to setup the dial plan to except both 10 digits and 1 + 10 digits for a long distance number?
I have the 3cx rules setup to accept both, just not sure how to setup the dialplan on the phone.
