I am using 3CX v.9 with some polycom ip650 phone systems.
In provisioning, I set only 3 keys in Polycom as BLF keys (using the 3CX interface). The other keys have no configuration from 3CX interface.
The problem is that the keys with no cofiguration, after reboot and provisioning, behave as speed dial keys.
How can I disable this feature?
Is there any command in provisioning template to set in order to disable this?
