Polycom SoundStation 5000

I have a Polycom SoundsStation 5000 and have 3CX hosted in AWS.
Can this be configured using a SBC?
Is there anyway to configure this?

No SBC Support - use a VPN and DHCP option 66 provisioning (or manually put the provisioning link into the device) job done!

Ensure the firmware is up to date on the device as well.

@leejor I did come across that article, it is saying it does not support SBC. However, in other posts i am seeing people saying that SBC does work with this model.

@eddv123 thank you! I was hoping to avoid VPN costs but if that is the only way i will have to do that.

Well its the only officially supported way. If you can manually set the device up and then point it (via proxy address) to the SBC address then it will probably register.

I have done this myself before with other 3rd party kit (such as PSTN gateways) and it works fine - note manual setup however unless you can write a custom template.
