Polycom SPIP 430 wrong time?

Hi!
for some reason my phones are showing the time as an hour off. It's correct on the 3CX server. Here's what the time section of the provisioning file shows:

Does this look right? We should be GMT -8, for Pacific time.

Am I wrong, or does that not indicate that daylight time starts on march 7th?

It should start this Sunday (North America). It's an odd way to do the time change as it will vary by date every year, so you have to keep updating it.

Ugh, how stupid. The person who set this up must have done that. How can I set it to automatic for all the phones?

Haven't used that set, but it looks like they have daylightSavings.fixedDayEnable="1", which would seem to indicate that you expect the time changes to fall on exactly the same dates each year.

I would assume that there is another option available that allows you to select which Sunday in a particular month that you wish the time change to take effect.

Time to go through the manual, or, hope that someone else with Polycom experience can help out.
