Polycom VVX 450 boot issue

Have one phone out of 18 stuck in a boot loop and getting this message after being reprovisioned...

Error, application not present!

Already tried these through the phone with no luck...

1. Got into it and did a factory reset, manually set the provisioning server to our 3CX but no luck.
2. Setting it to the Polycom public provisioning server
3. Setting it to upgrade/downgrade firmware

Cannot find anything else to try on Google or ChatGPT...

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
