Afternoon,
We've a good 100 Polycom handsets in use - VVX 410 models.
We are aware that you cannot create speed dials from the 3CX instance, and instead, the keys are sent to the devices as BLF keys - fair enough.
But we are getting sticky BLF indicator issues. The calling (flashing) indicator will get stuck, and carry on flashing for up to a few hours before stopping. Similar with the busy (red) indicator. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it.
What would be causing this issue? Has anyone had any similar problems? VVX units have the latest available firmware and are configured with the standard template.
