We where testing 3cx as a local install with Polycom VVX 411 phones and its works great. We wanted to try in the cloud so we installed a new cloud with PBX Express and restored our config. I can use the HTEK, Windows and Android phones and apps just fine. We installed a SBC in local network and it show up under the sip trunks and its green. We have pushed the provisioning url to the phones with option 66 in dhcp. We have opened ports 5090,5060 and 5001 on the firewall and point them to the SBC. But we still can not get the phone to register on the server. Need some help please.

You do not have to portforward any ports to the SBC, remove these settings.

You need to allow port 5090 and your provisioning port out (5001 or 443) from the SBC network.

Have you unticked 'Block Remote Tunnel Connections (3CX App connections with Tunnel enabled & SBC will be blocked)' under options for each phone

Check your blacklist, and remove any required IP's

Have you followed the steps in https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/polycom-vvx/

We have a similar issue, we have polycoms working over a vpn , last week we installed SBC to test it (just 10 phones), everything was fine, after shutting down for the hurricane and bringing everything back on the polycoms are not registering. I even logged in and manually pointed to SBC , the sbc is checking in and everything seems ok, but phones no longer check in. We are investigating now because nothing has changed since it was working last week other than restarting.
