After doing some research into the problem I am having I thought I would reach out and see if anyone else is having similar issues.
One of our clients mainly uses Polycom VVX 410s as there phone for their users. Recently we downloaded and had all phones upgrade to firmware 5.6.0. After the upgrade most phones get a strange issue where the ring back tone is not the standard sound. I would say 7 out of 10 times instead of the standard ring back tone it just does a double beep in its place. This happens with external and internal calls.
Anyone have any ideas on what settings can be changed to lock this tone down? Or is this just a issue with the firmware?
