Can we have popup comment box open up each time a call has been ended/disconnected? the objective to identify the reason of the call?

Thanks

3CX provides a couple of ways this could be accomplished. With the legacy Windows client and web client you can invoke an executable and pass to this executable the caller ID number and name (this could be a browser). You could create a small application (executable) that pops up where you can enter a disposition.

3CX also provides a server-side CRM integration. Depending on your CRM, it may be possible to leverage this integration for your purpose.

Both of the above options would be custom solutions you would need to develop.

A third option would be to take a look at our 3CX Wrap-up Codes tool. With this tool, you can define a list of wrap-up choices. When an agent receives or initiates a phone call, a dialog pops up. The dialog presents the list of dispositions (that you create) and allows the agent to select a code and add notes to the call. It also provides the recording file name.

@preejith This is now also possible with the new Windows Desktop App that will be bundled with V18 U3 (already is in U3 Beta).

You could also consider using the Custom Contact URL option of the Desktop App if the "App" you want to hold notes in is web based, example:

Can you use wrapup codes on the webclient for 18.0 (Build 450)? if so, how? If not, then how can i add wrapup codes?

3CX does not have built-in wrap-up code functionality, if you have CRM integration though, you could have this functionality there in conjunction with the Call Journaling function of 3CX with the CRM, so 3CX will send the call info to the CRM, then you keep whatever notes you want in the CRM.

If you are asking whether the VoIPTools wrap-up codes tool works with the webclient, the answer is "yes". In fact, it does not care what client you are using (physical phone, web, Electron, Windows or MAC). Our tool simply listens for when the extension answers, or places a call and performs the pop regardless of what client is used.
