@preejith This is now also possible with the new Windows Desktop App that will be bundled with V18 U3 (already is in U3 Beta).3CX provides a couple of ways this could be accomplished. With the legacy Windows client and web client you can invoke an executable and pass to this executable the caller ID number and name (this could be a browser). You could create a small application (executable) that pops up where you can enter a disposition.

3CX does not have built-in wrap-up code functionality, if you have CRM integration though, you could have this functionality there in conjunction with the Call Journaling function of 3CX with the CRM, so 3CX will send the call info to the CRM, then you keep whatever notes you want in the CRM.Can you use wrapup codes on the webclient for 18.0 (Build 450)? if so, how? If not, then how can i add wrapup codes?
Founded in 2005, when VoIP was an emerging technology, 3CX has gone on to establish itself as a global leader in business communications.
