Port 5015 ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Installed from Azure Marketplace. I can't access port 5015

I followed all instructions, including swap file (very angry btw with such an idiotic procedure)
I'm obligated to use Azure, the region used is not available on any other cloud provider.
I tried using the 3CX portal, just learned being deprecated, it installed in the same ResourceGroup as my other install for another client. Scrapped this install and went with installing from marketplace.

same issue here ; this command resolved my issue
sudo /usr/sbin/3CXWizard --cleanup
