Thats the thing i didn't understand what is the description mean as i am not a tech person

"remote extensions" are extensions not on the same network as the server. Often, a 3CX mobile app.

The lower numbers ports are used internally, so, in most cases, you don't have to worry about them. The higher ports are used with external devices and VoIP providers. While you may not have any external extensions that use these ports (right now), you will most likely have a SIP provider, so you will have to forward them or there will be no audio..
