Hello,
I'm trying to use 3cx IP-PBX with a dynamic IP under a private IP. I forwarded ports on TP-Link Router as I attached in the screenshot. I configured a few device clients on a private IP network. I tried calling from the private and public networks. They work but only one-way voice can be heard.
What may be wrong?

But if we use public static IP, the system works fine.

  • You really shouldn't have 3389 open to the world like that.
  • You don't need to nat 53, 80, or 3478 to the PBX - unless you are running other services on there (3CX will be unsupported if on a machine running other items as well)
  • Your RTP port range is wrong - it's 9000-10999
  • and your likely issue is that something with DNS didn't update to your dynamic IP. For Pro and standard licenses it's 6 hours. Enterprise is 5 minutes.

Thank you for your good suggestions.
3389, 53, 80 is allowed for another purpose.

We modified the port range 9000-10999.
It looks working. Thank you again.
