I can't seem to login to WebMeeting for any of the webclients I have tested so far on different FQDNs.

They are all coming back and saying "Portal not found: XXXXXXX-XXXX.3cx.net"
(the X's are obviously in place of the real FQDN's I have tried so far)

I've tested 4 so far and 1 is working. The other 3 report the same error.
All 4 were working as of yesterday.

Ours is also down; It just happened within the last couple hours. Good to know it's not just me. status.3cx.net only shows four functional webmeeting servers right now. Maybe they're doing maintence?

I really hope that's all it is.
I don't really want to reinstall a bunch of 3CX installations if that's not the case.

Same error here, looks like many webmeeting servers are down - getting strange license emails also.

We are currently upgrading our infrastructure with over 100 new servers. The status page will temporarily show varying results.

https://status.3cx.net/ shows web meeting server status.
For the last at least 8 hours it has only been showing 10 servers. Normally it's 20-21 servers. There has been wildly high usage of webmeetings the last couple weeks, for obvious reasons, and 3CX's webmeeting servers have been blasted. They seem to be working on upgrading server capacity as well as adding more to the farm.

Guessing this is why you're seeing errors.

Ah, thank you @LeonidasG for the confirmation. YAY!!!
Shouts of joy and wiggle dances.

Thanks for the confirmation, Leonidas. Appreciated.

Thanks Leonidas, was just about to start on a re-install of a big site. Possibly post a note on the Webmeeting server status site?

Webmeeting is still down for me, any update on this maintenance?

You besides the link that was given already, https://status.3cx.net ? Presumably when the maintenance is done, that page will reflect it. That being said, it would be nice if there was a note on that page regarding the maintenance. An out of date status page is pretty much useless.

Same, tried every MCU on the list. All "Portal Not Found"

Same here, the status page is basically worthless at this point? Webmeeting down for an entire day is disappointing.

Hi there, WebMeeting isn't down. The status page is currently being updated, that's all. Servers will be reflected in the status page in due time. We're adding a lot of MCUs and i mean a lot, more than the current status page can handle. RSS updates are still posted there, so please don't forget to take a look.

Regarding any issues please restart the 3CX System Service, refresh your WebClients and try again. If this doesn't resolve the issue please PM me your PBX FQDN and we'll take a look.

I had the same issue. Now, I can start the webmeeting and send a link to someone via email. However, when they try to connect, they get cannot load meeting.

I had the same issue all yesterday. Today I can start and join in web browser but can't join from Android. I get this message:

java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: Trust anchor for certification path not found.

I already sent a PM and have an open ticket.

Same problem for anyone joining from Android - error message:

java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: Trust anchor for certification path not found.

Looks like it's back up and running for me this morning. Thanks Leonidas!

Hi there, please try again the issue should be resolved now (App issue)
