PORTech MV-374 setup and configuration assistance

Would anyone be able to assist with the above? I have already gone through the basic setup from the 3CX website.

When I head over to the mobile status section of the unit the Motion State says "initing" and does not change. I currently have just one sim card attached to SIM 1.

This has as far as i know nothing to do with the 3CX Phone System. This is a hardware problem.
The MV-374 is a Quad SIM VoIP Gateway and has also 4 channels. So if you insert a SIM card into SIM 1 then after a while, say 1 minute, the Motion State of Mobile 1 should go to “Standby”, all other Motion States will stick by “initing”.
Maybe a firware update of the MV-374 will solve your problem.
