Ports for 3CX Application

I am running Version 15.5 of 3CX. Our 3CX phones sit on a seperate network than our PCs do. That being said, when using the 3CX App in Deskphone(CTI) mode, what ports does the application use to communicate to the phone? We have to implement ACLs, but want to allow Desktop CTI mode.

I would use the webclient over the app. it is much more intuitive and cleaner for the end user.
