Lots of our clients are unsatisfied with the 3CX ringtone. According to our clients it seems to loud (answering phone calls with a (jabra/yealink)headset)). It would be nice if 3CX could create the possibility to change the ringtone. The headset integration doesn't work as well, so it would be nice if 3CX could improve the headset integration functionality.
With this two functions more clients could get reached and the already existing ones would be more satisfied.
