Possible to Configure Mobile Apps for Extension Dial Only?

Hi,

Is it possible to configure 3CX/mobile apps in a way to only route direct extension call to mobile apps only? We want to set up 3CX queue calls to ring desk phones only, but allow transfers and direct extension calls to route to mobile apps.

Hello @LR2

Please note that this is not possible as the PBX sends the call to an extension level and not the device level so you cannot set the calls to only ring a certain device. I would recommend creating a different extension for the mobile apps so you can deal with the calls differently.
