Possible to integrate with 2 CRM databases

Hi

I am new to 3cx. I have a requirement to integrate with two databases. If it is a Sales Enquiy, search in one database and if it is Supplier enquiry, search in another database.

How can i acheive?

Only 1 database at a time can be configured using ODBC (only available when 3CX runs on Windows):

Another option could be using a template for server side integration, however this requires a REST service at the moment:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/crm-integration/

What you can do is creating a REST web service, which might run locally in the 3CX server, so this REST web service can perform the lookup in database 1 or database 2, according to your needs. But you will need to create that REST web service, and then create the template to use it from 3CX.

Is possible to integrate one Extension with BITRIX crm and other Extension with a REST API?
For example let Ext 245 will integrate to BITRIX and 246 will integrate to the custom CRM via REST API.

Unfortunately that's not supported at the moment. Only 1 server side integration can be enabled at a time. However, that's something that will be implemented at some point, as it's requested by many users...
