Hello,

First time posting here and wasn't sure which section to post in so putting this here.

I'm a 3CX v15.5 user looking for a solution to improve the delivery of verbal privacy notices, currently the privacy notice is read to the customer (there are many different privacy notices for different projects) but I have had a request to look into configuring the phone system in a manner that allows the staff member to initiate a pre-recorded privacy notice at the point it should be read.

I'm not sure if this is even possible in 3CX, but would appreciate any feedback from the community on ways to accomplish this.

We use the 3CX Softphone on Windows 10 Pro Desktop with a USB headset.

We normally store the digital file on the customers record as affirmation of consent to the type of data processing we perform, so the whole call needs to be recorded.

Thanks

GD

I assume you would be able to achieve that by creating an IVR which would run a CFD app to play the notice and then redirect back. Maybe there's a better way.

thanks Florink, I haven't had any exposure to CFD so don't know what its capabilities are.
