I have a SNOM-370 attached to my 3CX, where the 3CX outbound rule is configured to detect "0" as outbound prefix, and to strip it off before doing the outgoing call.
But the Snom370 log for external incoming calls doesn't contain a leading zero why I can't directly call back using the log in the SNOM.
So, is there some way to configure 3CX to get a "0" prepended to caller-id on incoming calls?

You could create another outbound rule matching the length of the outbound call with no "0"

Would that add a prefix-"0" to the caller-id on incoming calls?

Hello,
this will not add 0
