Presence information window

When I click the icon to display the large presence information window, I get the icon in the task bar showing a new window should be opened. However, the window is minimized or for some other reason not displayed on screen and will not maximize or otherwise appear.

I have tried reinstalling the client, but I can't figure anything out that makes it work the way it should. Any ideas?

Hi there,
What OS are you running? Is it fully up-to-date on windows updates ? and .NET?

There were a few updates - one of which was for Silverlight, which I thought 3CX uses. It did not make a difference though.
OS is Windows 7 64 bit
