Hi All,
I know this was tackled a lot of times, but I came across a wired situation.

So I have 2 Debian PBX hosted on prem, both professional licenses, both ver 16.0.8.9.
Calling between pbx functions, also going out their respective trunks to make local calls, as both are in a different geo location, so routing is all good.

The real issue is re presence.
So on the Slave PBX web clients, I can see the presence of the Master PBX extensions, those which are allowed to share their presence with the slave,
but on cannot see the presence of the slave pbx extensions on the Master's wer client extensions.
Both bridges are exchanging web presence on port 5001

Any ideas ?

Thanks in advance

To quickly go over the basic configuration required for getting this to work:

1. Make sure the bridge connection on the Master PBX has the following enabled:

"SIP Trunks >> Bridge >> Edit >> Presence":

Note: Users to see presence must be added.

2. Make sure the bridge connection on the Slave PBX has the following enabled:

"SIP Trunks >> Bridge >> Edit >> Presence":

Note: Users to publish presence must be added.

3. Make sure that the extensions on the Slave PBX generally have rights to show their presence information to other extensions:

All settings are like this Chris

Can you SSH to the Master PBX, run the following command and let me know what you get:

Code:
wget https://slave-pbx.3cx.com:5001

Note: Replace the FQDN with the slave 3CX PBX's one.
