Presence with Bria Softphone

Hi,

We are using 3CX for 3 years, we are very happy with the solution (10 users, small company)

We are using Bria Softphone on all our PCs. Unfortunately, the presence functionnality is not working. Bria support team told us that it was due to the fact that 3CX was not supporting SIP_SIMPLE protocol. We have been told that this feature would be released in 3CX version 11. It is the case ?

(Users using Bria Softphone do not use in addition 3CX MyPhone because it is not convienient to have two softwares on the same PC (Bria + MyPhone) to manage calls)

Hi Serey

This feature can never go in 3CX, PBX nor 3CX Phones.
What we will definitely work on is consolidating the 3CX Phone and 3CXMyPhone in one application.
