Pressing 0 (Zero) disconnects call

When I called a landline number in the Philippines from the windows app today and it asked me to press zero to connect, when I pressed zero I was disconnected every time, moreover there was no tone when I pressed zero. When I pressed the number one digit there was a tone I was not disconnected

Does the same issue occur when you call the same number using the softphone or the Web Client?

Also, in the trunk options, try changing the codec priority/order and test whether the issue happens with the other codecs as well.
