Prevent 3CX app on iphone from ringing simultaneous with deskphone

Is there a way I can prevent the app on an iphone from ringing the same time as the desk phone when a user is sitting at their desk?

You will need to unregister from the app or configure one of the custom statuses to turn off push notifications.

Disable the option to receive PUSH is the best solution here. Note that the PBX will always notify any registered endpoint of the extension.
