Hi All,
I can't figure out anymore how to prevent formatting applied in outbound rules to be replicated back to the 3CX phone.
For example:
I call a number 01701234567 from 3CX phone
The provider requires the E.164 format without the + in front so I create an outbound rule to strip the 0 and prepend 49.
So 3CX PBX is dialing 491701234567
The problem is that instead of showing the "correct" number 01701234567 in the outbound call list the actually dialled number 491701234567 is shown in the call list after the call ends.
I managed to get this fixed in the past so it shows the number as entered by the user but I can't figure out anymore.
Thanks,
Michael
