Prioritize 3CX over other services

This is my first team installing a PBX into a Windows environment and I'm wondering what one would do to prioritize 3CX services over other services like SQL, IIS, etc. How can I make sure 3CX will ensure call quality when 5+ users are uploading/downloading files from a database?

You would have to have a router/firewall device that is capable of giving priority to either the local IP of the 3CX server, or the Ethernet socket that it is plugged into. I'm certain that other Forum member will have some suggestions as well.
