Prioritized hunt is not working in 3cx

Hi All

We have 3cx installed running the latest version

we have encountered a problem where an existing hunt group is not working correctly - when users call the into the group and the priority is set to prioritized hunt the group call is skipped and it goes to overflow as intended, I cannot understand why it is skipping the hunt group entirely when it is set to prioritized hunt.

any help would be appreciated

I have tried this not long ago I created a new RG called test incoming and had all the same members in the group the first user in the group is immediately skipped when placed in the group and because 2 and 3 are in DND they also get skipped and it goes to four which rings. i have also looked on the phone to see if DND was enabled and cal see it is not enabled as seen below:

Some very useful advice:

1. before you can make a reliable test, you need to ensure your PBX is updated, the firmware of the phones is updated, and then factory reset them and reprovision them with default 3CX templates.

This will save you time chasing issues that stem from incompatibilities. I would do this first before anything else to avoid chasing phantom issues.

2. Another method is to unplug all the phones, and log the same extensions into their webclients. IF the behavior is the same in the webclients, then you can say it's probably not the phones. However, if their webclients work fine, you should refer to point no.1
