HI,

I've been trying to configure 3CX to call 2 phones simultaneously first and then 4 different phones after that, also simultaneously. Can This be done?

Hello @AdamEnlightened,

If you are looking to use Queues or Ring Groups then yes it is possible.

With Ring Groups, you can create 2 Ring Groups. You will add 2 agents in the first and 4 different ones in the second.
The destination if no answer of the first one, will be the second Ring Group.
Both Ring Groups will have the Ring Strategy set to Ring all.

The same logic can be used with Queues.
