Hello there!

The Prioritized Ring hunt is doing exactly what we want, it is ringing once at reception, if she doesn't pick up on the first ring, the 2nd ring goes to the next cubicle, and so on. My question is whether there is a way that the call can be picked up by someone else if they want to bypass the ring hunt? For example, if the call is ringing at reception, but cubicle 3 wants to pick it up, is there a way she can somehow grab the call?

I hope this makes sense, and thank you in advance!

Came back to say - not everyone uses the web client, so I'm looking for a way to do this just from the headset. Thank you!

Have you tried the default call pickup code of *20* ?

You're a saint, thank you! I just tested it and it works.

I have another unrelated question if you know the answer - before setting up the ring hunt, I was able to see the caller on the handset caller ID, but now I do not. I am assuming it just shows up for whoever is currently in line on the prioritized ring hunt. Is there a way that the call can still show up on the caller ID display even though the extension isn't ringing through?

Thanks again!

The caller ID information is sent in an Invite to the set at the same time as the phone will begin ringing, or in the case of an ATA (to an analogue phone), is sent just before, or between rings, so there is no way to have the information before the set actually rings.
