Priority of Queues

Afternoon guys

Is there a way to prioritize certain queues to be answered first? E.g 3 Service calls in queue and olny 1 order - the order has come in later than the service but is still priority for the agents to answer?

If an agent is logged into multiple queues, and one of the queues is marked as a "Priority Queue", the calls waiting in the priority queue will be distributed first.
