Priority of the Mediaserver - Choppy Voice - Eliminated?

How do you set the priority of the Media Server please

i've tried to change the priority of mediaserver cpu usage in the past (tried from task manager)
but an error comes when I try to set an higher priority.
a facility to change the priority within 3cx well be appreciated.
