Hi There,

We have an instance running on 4SC. As the company has expanded we need to increase it to 6 as requested. I have got 6 SIP LINES.
Will it work in this case?
OR
Whats the best way to get this resolved?
What happens when a 5th call comes in?

You will need to increase your licence count as the instance will not allow the 5th and 6th sc.

Just upgrade your 4sc to an 8sc. The upgrade is pro rated with the current licence expiry.
