Problem at local calls over extensions

Hello,
I would like to call from extension 100 to 101. Extension 100 has for example outbound number 030 54111 and extension 101 has 030 548888. I would like to lead this call inbound not outbound. My aim is that in the described case the customer dials 030 548888 and the call goes inbound. Right at this moment it goes outbound. What can I do to lead this call inbound ? (maybe with help of outbound rules?). Can you help me?

Hi, I am a little confused what you are trying to do. Are you trying to create DIDs?
