Our product is
Standard Annual 18.0 (Build 965)
Server OS: Debian 10

GSM gateway: Yeastar TG200 | hw version: V1.20 0000-0000 | firmware version: 91.3.0.21
This is what we noticed today for the first time, the system was running smoothly for about a month.
So this issue can not be reproduced at will.
There is GSM GW SIP Trunk defined and this is the default route for outbound calls.
Today the GSM GW was Idle, shows green in "SIP trunks" but no calls were flowing through it.
Restarting the device (GSM GW) did not help but "Refresh registration" in 3CX hepled.
So there was no indication of error whatsoever but we had problem!
Why would that happen?
