Problem generating call journey

Hi,
I'm having a little problem creating in the template generator the call journey events are not doing anything.
I followed all the material on the site and without success.

my generator and the 2.0.14.0 of 2020.

my sql script -> INSERT INTO calls (call_type,call_number,call_agent,call_duration)VALUES('[CallType]','[Number]','[Agent]','[Duration]');

Would it be better to create a new topic?

Why are you using the tool to integrate with a database? You can use the standard templates, which will work with any database. Just fill your SQL Statement.

The tool should be used to integrate with a new REST API. For SQL databases, use the standard integration.

Thanks for the help,
But I have a scenario where I have to use both API and SQL Database together.
That's why I'm using the generated and even in the API Integration the call journey is not generating events.
Do you have any tips?

The tool you're using is designed for v16. Once we release v18 final, we will provide an updated tool. Meanwhile if you want to use the tool, you should install 3CX v16 Update 8, which is the latest stable release. Please note that you're running 3CX on an alpha version, which is released for testing purposes and for an early preview of the features that will be available in the final release, but you shouldn't run a productive system on an alpha version.
