Solved problem in calling international numbers with a 3-digit area code

Hi, I have problems with my 3cx in calling international numbers with prefixes such as +385 (Croatia) or +352 (Luxembourg). What can be the problem, is there a maximum number of characters that can be entered in the dialer? how do i solve this problem? Thank you

Check the event log, those countries are probably blocked by default. (settings > security > allowed country codes)
