Problem in calling with 3cx HTTP api

Hi alll,
Kindly help me out, when i try to make call with the http api.. After Transfer it hold me on a Transfer tone with out making call to other end, where as when i dial a manual number by hand from 3cx phone it dials correctly...


This is the make call Url i am using
