problem in creating queue in 3CX V12

Hi, I'm testing the 3CX v12. i installed it in a 32bit desktop and im having a problem with creating queue. the "OK" "APPLY" button is disabled even when i finished filling all the needed inputs. is there a problem if its installed in a 32bit desktop?
