Hello, everyone.

Last friday morning we migrate our application to another server and we update version to V16. So, during all the friday and all the weekend, we didn't have problems and everything was ok. However, on Monday, Our console was so Slow and right after a 502 error occured.

Our server was ok: 8% using memory, 5% using CPU and Disk was ok! We tried:

  • Restart Console Service on Windows
  • Restart server

But all tentatives was in vain and the same problems was happening.

Nginx Log: OCSP_basic_verify() failed (SSL: error:27069065:OCSP routines:OCSP_basic_verify:certificate verify error:Verify error:self signed certificate in certificate chain) while requesting certificate status, responder: ocsp.godaddy.com, peer: XXXX, certificate: "C:\Program Files\3CX Phone System\Bin\nginx/conf/Instance1/XXXX.pem"

Our system is Windows 2016 Standart

We did rollback to V15.5 and back to last server.
Could anyone help with this error?

Are all you relevant certificates in C:\Program Files\3CX Phone System\Bin\nginx/conf/Instance1 after you upgraded? assuming youre not using a 3CX FQDN.

Yes. We migrated all the certificates correctly. The same certificate which we used before the changing

Anyone here can Help me? :'(

Have you tried simply re-issuing the certificate? Nginx seems to see a self-signed somewhere in the chain. Did you use one?

Yes. I tried to Re-issuing the certificate and It doesn't work.

Well, I called to my Partner and He doesn't know what happened. I Re-install all the Phone System.
I really need something in case this happens again.
