Problem on the customer's end

Hi all,

A customer of ours is unable to access our Live Chat. It certainly appears to be a problem their end, so we have recommended different browsers, but still no joy.

Any ideas?

It would seem they have some kind of network restricxtion. Doesnt seem to be a browser issue but a network issue. Maybe they have a restriction on the websites they can visit.
