Problem provisionning Grandstream GXP2170

After provisioning a Grandstream GXP2170 phone, I cannot restart it or provision it again from the 3CX web admin.
It takes its basic configuration, but it does not take the button configuration for its button extension.

Yet all configuration in the phone is good and other Grandstream GXP2160 phones work for provisioning.
What I noticed is that his mac address is lowercase in the list, compare the others to uppercase.

I did several factory resets and tried to provision it differently (RPS, dhcp opt66, manual) still the same problem.

Have you ever had this problem?

I found my problem, it was not the right phone in Phone Provisioning configuration.
