Problem sending FAX through Windows FAX Server Console

We've 3CX Phone System 8.0.10116 installed on IIS on Windows Srv 2008 SP2 64bit server and we've problem sending faxes through Windows FAX Server Console:
An error occurred while preparing to send the fax. The service will not attempt to resend the fax. Please close other applications before resending. (Event ID: 32079 - Source: Microsoft Fax - Device name: 3CX Fax Device 0)

All 3CX Fax Devices are setted to allow to send but nothing happens...

For the installation we've follow your guide step by step....

Tried to sent fax from 3CX server(win2003) to 888 and received just notification on email without fax in attach.
