After I changed my (german) Sipgate VoIP Account to a so called PLUS-Account (3 Numbers and Fax) I have the problem, that the External Numbers and the Authentication IDs contains not only numbers. My new credentials are like this '123456e0', '123456e1', '123456e2'. But the external number field in the 3CX webinterface dont accept letters. The error message is 'Identification is invalid'. What could I do? Is there any possibility to write numbers and letters in this fields?
Has anyone any suggestions?
