Solved Problem whit registration 2 Fanvil I20S at the same time

Hello,
excuse my english.
I have a problem with 2 Fanvil I20S doorphone.
This is the scenario.
My 3CX is in cloud in 3CX, the customer use APP on smartphone fine, he use GXP2140 phone fine, but the 2 Fanvil I20S don't register at the same time; if one is registred other is not registred, which registred is random. The 2 Fanvil I20S are configured with autoprovisioning using the link created by 3CX.
I view one problem on STUN on Fanvil I20S which don't is registred.
In attachment 2 screenshot where it is possible view configuration SIP.
GX2140 and the 2 Fanvil I20S have SIP ports not equal and firewall is open on these ports.
I don't know where mistake.
Please help me.

Consider deploying an SBC which is more reliable and largely solves problems like the ones you describe

I resolved the problem with installed of SBC. With SBC the 2 Fanvil run fine.
